Just announced - Rebecca Rubin - Jewish American Girl Doll!!

Remember we were talking about this a year ago!!! American Girl is releasing it's newest historical doll on May 31st. Rebecca Rubin, 9-yr-old, lives on the Lower East Side in 1914. She's really beautifully done and the books (I received an advanced copy of the first one) are wonderful.

The Galleria here in Dallas had a HUGE line outside of the american girl store last week. Saw it in the news.
Also saw some comedy about this doll coming out on CHELSEA LATELY.
of course she didn't add any comments; she's half jew. a Jewish Mormon she says.
