Here in Israel we have a 6 day working week, so I look forward to Shabbat.
We have a shiur on Friday nights during the winter which changes to Shabbat day in summer time when Shabbat goes out later.

Every mum and grandma want to know that their children are safe. We are not in control of many things, so we need a very big dose of emunah.
We can help protect our children with the right advice, how to deal with sibling rivalry as an example.

There has been amazing studies with vitamin D and its power to protect against flu. It is safe although you should ask a doctor what dose to give a child.
