Parenting with a Twist of Tradition

Auditions For Kids 4-8 Starts June 1!
Long before there was a Dakota Fanning and a Zac Efron there was a Shirley Temple. These unknown stars had to travel near and far just to get their one big break. Well, things have defintely changed for kids with a twinkle for stardom in their eyes. If you’ve got some unknown talented 4-8 yr. old, Rockin’ Kids Search Seeks 100 Kids to Appear In TV Series “Raggs”, the hit public television preschool series.

The best news of all, no road trip required. The winners will be selected based on video submissions, which parents can upload to the Raggs.com website.

What are the judges looking for? 100 really animated, talkative and clever kids who represent a diverse sampling of families across the US. These 100 winners-and one adult-will be treated like rock stars! An all expenses paid trip to the studio for a rare opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes making of raggs plus the excitement of being involved in the production. Yes, the flight, hotel, and limo totally free! What are you waiting for?

Winners will be notified in early July and the taping is scheduled to take place in mid-August. The “Raggs” episodes with some of the winners will begin airing with the special debut of the first-ever Halloween-themed episode. Additional shows will be released in February 2010.

For more information about this contest, go directly to Raggs.com and you’ll find out everything you need to know for your kid’s chance to be a STAR! Move over Dakota and Zac, there’s a future star about to be uploaded!
